Workplace Needs Assessments
A Workplace Needs Assessment (WNA) is a practical way to identify what support will help an individual perform at their best. A formal diagnosis is not required to have an assessment, because what matters is understanding workplace challenges and finding solutions.
Our holistic assessments explore:
- The individual’s role, tasks, and responsibilities
- Their workplace environment and systems
- Day-to-day barriers and challenges
