Assistive Technology Technical Support

If you have a technical support contract with us you will have access to a dedicated telephone number to connect you straight to a member of our Support Team. Our Support Team also use an encrypted web-based support tool to allow them to connect directly to your PC to trouble shoot any of the above issues.

Technical support hours

  • 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays)
