About Thriiver

Back in 1997, Thriiver was born from Lawrence’s personal journey with dyslexia, sparked by a lack of support, solutions, and understanding.

Starting as Hands Free Computing, the focus was reselling speech recognition software. Over 25 incredible years, the business has evolved into Thriiver and is a leading provider of Assistive Technology, training, and workplace coaching for people in the workplace.

Lawrence ensures the Thriiver team stay ahead in technology and are forward-thinking, especially when it comes to neurodiversity and disability.

Today, at Thriiver, we provide a wide range of Assistive Technology – both hardware and software. Our dedicated in-house trainers deliver more than 2,000 hours of Assistive Technology training every week, helping individuals get the most out of their equipment.

For the areas of working life where technology can’t help, or is only part of the solution, we offer a series of awareness training and coaching sessions. Increased awareness helps empower individuals, managers, teams, and colleagues to unlock their true capabilities and appreciate the strengths of a diverse workforce.

We actively support employees, primarily through the Access to Work programme, and we work with organisations to help promote and build an inclusive culture to benefit all.

Typically, we might start with an inclusion audit or the roll-out of our online screening tool or deliver a series of awareness sessions for the management team. However, every company is on its own journey towards inclusivity, and we are their trusted advisor to create solutions to fit their needs.

Working together with you we will enable everyone to thrive in the workplace and can prove through our experience that diverse and inclusive teams are more productive, effective – and happy.

And this work includes supporting employers with recruitment and retention. Today’s economy poses new significant – and costly – challenges for organisations. This, coupled with a lack of awareness and oversight regarding the potential of neurodiverse employees and inclusive teams, presents a genuine opportunity. By increasing understanding and embracing inclusivity we can drive positive change – on an individual level and for a business’s bottom line.

As we say, “Together We Thrive.”
