- 1:1 Coaching: Focused on workplace strategies, well-being, and performance – based on a ‘distanced-travelled’ model.
- Co-Coaching: Joint sessions with the employee and manager to:

Yes, our coaches are highly qualified to ILM Level 5 or above. Beyond their general proficiency, they specialise in neurodiversity, holding qualifications in specific areas such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, and Mental Health.
Our friendly coordinators guide you through every step, and take a personalised approach by carefully matching coaches to individuals. We also provide an initial ‘meet your coach call’, allowing you to assess if it is the best match for you.
