Access to Work – Disability Impact Training
Price range: £199.00 through £350.00
An experienced coach works with the individual to understand the impact of their disability at work, now and in the future and what reasonable adjustments may be appropriate. Sessions usually cover:
- Strengths and challenges associated with the condition/s
- Communication with employer
- Reasonable adjustments
The sessions are a blend of coaching, assessment and awareness training with a detailed report produced at the end. The coach will explore the client’s strengths and weaknesses and essentially add their knowledge about the condition and provide suggestions and recommendations they feel are appropriate.
