Thriiver kicked off 2022 with a company conference set in the elegant Palladian country house, Buxted Park Hotel. The conference was filled with employees from across the country to celebrate the achievements of 2021 and revealing plans for a successful 2022.
Reflecting on the past year, several managers and team leaders thanked all employees for their hard work and success in the past year. There was a real sense of togetherness in the room as each department shared feedback and client testimonials which was wonderfully positive and heart-warming.
Thriiver revealed their plans for this year which included ‘helping more people’ and ‘creating new opportunities’. Their forecasted year sounds incredibly exciting as they disclosed positive changes are yet to come.
The afternoon consisted of breakout sessions in which a secret was shared, an ideas session took place and a rocket-building team exercise was underway. The grand finale was a competition of launching their rockets on the perfectly kept grounds of the hotel (which was very impressive!) They gave out several prizes and summarised the day.
The day came to a close and the celebrations commenced with an evening meal and a toast to mark the new year. Lawrence Howard, CEO, reflected on the day and said;
“I thought it was a great event that was so well put together and showcased the passion that we all have for what we do. I think we can all see that we’ve got such great foundations in place to make 2022 another record year.”
