The Disability Awareness Course (DAC) is a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accredited online training course that has been designed to help businesses become more disability aware. The course has been developed to support managers and colleagues of disabled employees and enable them to become more aware of the disabilities and long-term health conditions that are frequently encountered at work. Completion of DAC provides a CPD accreditation and enables learners to become more Disability Confident.

Description

Thriiver have broken down DAC into 10 modules, totalling to approximately 5 hours of learning . This enables training to be flexible for the learner, and can be taken at his or her own pace. Once a module has been completed the learner can test their knowledge with the embedded quizzes to ensure they have understood the material. With instant feedback the learner is provided with support and encouragement during each module.
