Each session takes into consideration an individual’s unique set of challenges and goals. Potential areas to explore include:

Participants
- One-to-one
- Co-coaching: individual + line manger
- Drop-in session up to 25 people
Duration
- Initial “Meet the coach” call then
- 1 hour remote
- 2 or 3 hours in person
