Coaching

We deliver a range of workplace strategy coaching and co-coaching sessions. Individuals are matched with one of our coaches based on their requirements. Each session is tailored to the individual’s specific needs and goals.

121 coaching is designed to empower an individual in the workplace. Through personalised sessions, the coach works with the individual to create and define strategies and actions to help with areas of challenge.

Co-coaching provides the opportunity for an individual and manager to work together to explore areas of difficulty and to collectively find solutions to any barriers in the workplace. The role of the coach is not to mediate but to share understanding and to put in place strategies to enable both to thrive.

We have a wide pool of highly qualified coaches, certified to ILM level or above. Beyond their proficiency, they specialize in neurodiversity holding qualifications in specific areas such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, among others. We carefully match individuals with coaches best aligned with their needs and experience.
