Workplace Needs Assessments

To ensure individuals get the reasonable adjustments they need to thrive in the workplace, our Workplace Needs Assessors identify best value solutions to quickly overcome any barriers presented.

It is a comprehensive, holistic workplace assessment to identify an individual’s work-related needs resulting from a health condition or disability.

On completion of the assessment, the assessor will produce a quality report outlining the work-related difficulties identified by both the assessor and the customer.

The report will also include recommendations for products and services to help address, support, and where possible overcome these challenges.
