Thriiver have developed the Pathfinder Programmes from the ground up, focusing on supporting individuals to re-gain that all important confidence in their own skills & abilities and show them how to open up opportunities by focusing their talents towards a career or progression within their employment.
Underpinning each of the Pathfinder programmes is the ‘Distance Travelled’ progress tracker, this enables us to demonstrate the impact Pathfinder has had on each participants employability and health and is completed at key stages in the Pathfinder programme.
The Pathfinder Programmes are for everyone and are not designed to replace, or become an alternative to counselling or therapy.
Our Employment programmes are open to everyone. We help people overcome barriers and develop their professional and life skills to secure sustained employment or develop within their current role. We adapt and tailor programmes to ensure each person who enrols has a rewarding experience by increasing their basic key skills and confidence.

This programme provides all the quality support and guidance that can be found throughout the Pathfinder suite of programmes however this is tailored to give that extra bit of support and confidence in the first few weeks of employment.
Although available in group format this particular course is best suited on a One2One basis and can be a great way of helping an individual retain employment at a time when they are feeling most vulnerable at the beginning of their new job or career.

PATHFINDER|One2One provides 10 hours of 1-2-1 pre-employment support, of which seven hours is online training across 6 sessions, the remaining time is spent undertaking unsupervised activities between the supervised sessions.
The course begins with an initial ‘getting to know each other’ session. Within this first session the first survey is completed, this is the first step on the candidates ‘distance travelled’ progress tracker. From this the course direction, content and tasks will develop, personalised to the individuals development needs, strengths and weaknesses.
Following each 1-2-1 session unsupervised tasks are set to reinforce learnings/skills or continue the progress in the online sessions.
PATHFINDER One2One is currently live through the UK’s network of Job Centre plus’, so interested candidates can apply via their local Centre.

PATHFINDER |Groups was derived from the popular One2One programme to enable programme providers to to support a greater number of clients, in a shorter space of time, whilst committing less resources.
PATHFINDER | Groups provides 10 hours of pre-employment support to groups of up to eight jobseekers. The course consists of seven hours online training across 6 sessions, the remaining time is spent undertaking unsupervised activities between the sessions.
The course begins with an initial ‘getting to know each other’ session. From this, the course direction, content and tasks will develop, totally personalised to the groups development needs and their strengths and weaknesses.
Sessions are held on consecutive days.

This pre-employment and in-work programme is designed for neurodiverse delegates who are experiencing difficulties returning to and retaining employment.
Thriiver’s intervention of 12 hours is delivered across four consecutive weeks and is designed to boost an individual’s confidence in their own abilities, highlight the strengths and demonstrate strategies that could overcome an individual’s work-related needs.
The programme is delivered across four consecutive weeks and is made up of 12 hours of face-to-face support with a further six hours of unsupervised activities laid out by the coach and delegate.
