Customer Services Manager

Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm)
Location: Primarily office based at company HQ in Cuckfield with opportunity for home-working.
Salary: Competitive DOA

The Job:
This is a management position aimed at supporting the growth of the company through clear leadership, management and development of the Customer Services department.  It must enable delivery of the company strategy and goals by consistently ensuring an excellent customer experience. One key goal is to proactively support the broadening of the existing customer base.

The role demands a hands-on operational player-manager approach combined with a forward-looking, developmental mindset as part of the management team. It is essential long-term strong relationships are built and maintained both internally and externally with excellent communication critical.
